Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026. These Terms govern your use of ports.io, operated by Zentrum Cargo Works Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By accessing the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ports.io provides identity, compliance and operations tooling for port environments. Specific features, limits and SLAs are defined in the order form or master services agreement signed with the customer.

2. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to violate applicable law, to process biometric data without lawful basis or consent, to reverse-engineer the platform, or to disrupt other tenants. Per-tenant isolation must not be circumvented.

3. Customer data

You retain ownership of customer data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and the relevant data processing addendum.

4. Fees

Fees, billing cadence and term are set out in the order form. Late payments may result in suspension after notice.

5. Warranties & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis except as expressly warranted in a signed agreement. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior twelve months, except for breaches of confidentiality or data-protection obligations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after thirty days' notice. On termination, we will return or delete customer data per the Privacy Policy and applicable agreement.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws stipulated in the customer agreement, or, in the absence of one, the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction.
